If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase, including, without limitation, your name, address, and payment information.

By Purchasing in Necte.com you agree that you are older than 18 years old and that you are using the products willingly 

  1. No Returns Allowed

All sales on the Necte LLC website are final. We do not accept returns for any reason. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

  1. Warranty Policy

Necte LLC offers a warranty policy on all products sold through the Service. In the event that a product is broken or lost during shipping or upon arrival, Necte LLC will replace the product at no additional cost to the customer.

To be eligible for a replacement under the warranty policy, you must notify Necte LLC within seven (7) days of receiving the product, providing proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. Necte LLC reserves the right to request additional information or documentation to process the warranty claim. Failure to provide the requested information may result in the denial of the warranty claim.

Necte LLC will not provide a replacement under the warranty policy for any product that has been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.

  1. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Necte LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
